How can I add a TeknobilHost e-mail address?

1. Log In:

   • Access your TeknobilHost control panel. The URL is typically http://yourdomain.com:8080 or https://yourdomain.com:8080.

2. Email Management:

   • From the main menu, navigate to the "Email" section. This is where you can manage your email accounts.

3. Add New Email Account:

   • Find and click on the "Add New Email Account" or a similar option.

4. Fill in the Information:

   • Username: Enter the email address you want to create (e.g., info@yourdomain.com).
   • Domain: Select the domain for the email address (e.g., yourdomain.com).
   • Password: Set a strong password.
   • Confirm Password: Re-enter the password to confirm.
   • Quota (Optional): Set a quota for the email account if needed.

5. Save the Email Account:

   • Once all the information is correctly entered, click on the "Save" or "Create" button.

6. Manage the Email Account:

   • Your new email account should now be created. You can manage this account from the email list.
   • Additionally, you can set up email forwarding, auto-responders, and other settings if needed.

Email Client Configuration

To use your new email account with an email client (like Outlook, Thunderbird, Mail.app, etc.), you will need the following settings:

• Incoming Mail Server (IMAP/POP3):

  • Server: mail.yourdomain.com
  • Port: 143 for IMAP or 110 for POP3
  • Security: STARTTLS

• Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):

  • Server: mail.yourdomain.com
  • Port: 587
  • Security: STARTTLS

• Username: Your full email address (e.g., info@yourdomain.com)

• Password: The password you set for the email account
